Our Wines

Our wines begin in the vineyards, where careful, hands-on work and low yields produce high-quality grapes suited for natural, expressive winemaking. Once harvested, they are treated with the same attention in the cellar: spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, maceration, and no additives or corrections. Made with minimal intervention and without fining or filtration, the wines reveal the structure, acidity, and mineral character of the Karst region, expressing both the grape varieties and the vintage as clearly and transparently as possible.
Naret
Naret is a vibrant ruby-red wine from the Karst, marked by fresh acidity, bright fruit and distinctive mineral character. Aromas of sour cherry, raspberry and wild berries lead into a dry, firm and refreshing palate.
It grows in the region’s characteristic terra rossa - iron-rich red soil - where strong bora winds, limestone terrain and limited water create a wine with clear structure and excellent drinkability.
Naret
Teja
Teja brings together Vitovska Grganja and Malvasia in a balanced Karst white wine defined by texture, freshness and moderate aromatics.
Vitovska contributes minerality, structure and tension, while Malvasia adds broader aromatics and roundness. The result is a dry wine with pronounced texture, balanced freshness and body, and a gentle tannic grip.
Teja
Vitovska
Vitovska is a traditional Karst white wine made with extended skin contact. This method gives the wine more structure, texture and depth while preserving the variety’s natural freshness.
Skin contact highlights the character of Vitovska without excessive aromatics. The wine is restrained, precise and mineral-driven, with pronounced texture, gentle tannins and a long, dry finish.
